US BABY APPAREL STORE – From $0 to $781k ARR in 2021
Being in a hyper competitive baby clothing market we had to follow our Purple Protocol to a tee in order to not overspend bidding against much larger competitors. We started with Foundational C.A.R. to nail down our buyer persona, second phase was auditing the site and increasing our overall conversion rate to 4%+. Afterwards we started building up our top of funnel audiences whilst testing creatives & finding what seems to resonate most with our target demographic. With the help of Facebook & Google shopping ads we scaled the store to an average $156k MRR in a matter of just 5 months.

This predominantly high ticket info product site was solving a big pain point in a hungry market, so we knew right from the start we’ll be able to aggressively scale in a matter of months. After implementing our 3-step Purple Protocol we nailed down which creatives & copy trigger a burning desire within our prospects to make them WANT to but the product. Since showing the product being used was our most effective selling point, we put our focus on Facebook video ads & Youtube ads. As a result we were able to scale their brand to 7-figure in revenue.

Before working with us this high ticket Ecom brand ran very few ads & was generating most of their sales from organic sources.
